"The point is, don’t be too quick to let your emotions get the best of you. Don’t make haste decisions based on temporary inconvenience, which may permanently affect someone else’s way of earning," kalmadong pahayag ni Chan.
"Delivery men deserve our maximum tolerance, they are on the road (in hot or cold weather, and everything in between) all day long. A friendly reminder for us to be consistently considerate," paalala pa ng mabait na customer.
The easiest thing to do is complain, and that voucher/refund sounds tempting, right?
BUT, before you purge your frustrations away by taking revenge and giving the worst feedback ever, try to ask your rider first what happened.
Mine said she was caught in a strong rain (but in our subdivision there was no rain). However, when I looked closely, I did see how wet her motorcycle was. Since it was dark outside, I could’ve easily missed that small detail, especially if I focused only on the beaten food packaging.

If unfortunately caught in the rain unexpectedly while transporting a pizza like this, for sure I would’ve gotten home with the same state of pizza box.
