On his Twitter account, Lacson said he is willing to accommodate anyone who Robredo will invite.
“Madam Vice President, if you will give me the opportunity, I am willing to explain to you and anyone you want to invite to listen why the Anti Terrorism Bill is not violative of the Constitution,” he said.
On Thursday, Robredo said the anti-terrorism bill that will allow authorities to hold suspects without charge for at least 2 weeks violates the Constitution.
"It's against the constitution. The constitution specifically states that for warrantless arrest, talagang 3 days lang (it should only be 3 days)," she told ANC.
Robredo said, lawmaker's "should be open to amendment."
"Dapat siguraduhin natin na hindi siya maabuso," Robredo said.
